The mould processing center has a complete set of mould manufacturing lines including mould design, mould manufacturing, mould repair, etc.It has ntroduced advanced processing equipment such as CNC machining center, slow wire cutting machine, CNC electric spark, etc., with an annual output of more than 10,000 sets of moulds. The tool steel used in the center is domestic and overseas high-quality specialised mould steel, and has achieved computerized management from mould design, development to production. Leading designs, advanced technology, and precise manufacturing create mould products of top quality.

The extrusion workshop has 15 extrusion lines of 500-2500 tons from Taiwan and domestic famous brands, with an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons. Most of the machines are equipped with domestic famous brand double traction machines. In addition, it is equipped with advanced equipment such as extruder discharge table and cooling material table equipped with high temperature felt, and equipped with good air quenching, mist quenching and water quenching. The equipment can meet the mechanical performance requirements of aluminum profiles under different conditions, and can produce various alloy grades such as 6063, 6060, 6005, 6061, 6082, 7003, etc. with widths up to 300mm.
